How do I setup to film?First, you are REQUIRED to have: 1) 6 stumps (3 on each end) with roughly 22 yards in between them 2) A tripod (ideally taller than 60 inches) 3) An iPhone / iPad released after 2017 4) An active free trial or a subscription Place the tripod roughly 4m behind the non-striker stumps (4 big steps should do it). Open the app on an iPhone / iPad, click on the "+" button on the Home page ("Pavillion") and create a session. Put your iPhone / iPad on the tripod, then follow the 30 second on-screen instructions... that's it. Speed, swing, spin, pitch-maps and automatic ball by ball videos (no dead time) will be generated using AI for each delivery. All can be shared to the entire team (thank you Cloud) in real time.

Can I share the videos and data with my teammates / players?Yes. Before filming a session, create one or more virtual teams in the "Teams" tab. Invite your teammates / players to join the team by sharing team link in the group chat. When they click on the team link, it will take them to the app and allow them to send a "join request", which you will then see under the team you just created. Accept users into your team(s) at your convenience. Whenever you create a session, film it under the relevant team. Everyone in that team will automatically see the session(s) you film on their own phones in real time (if they have an Individual subscription). They'll also be able to "tag" themselves to personalise / filter by their videos & data (if they have an Individual subscription).

When filming a club / academy / group with multiple players, does everyone require a subscription? No, the AI does not prevent you from filming anyone. If players who do not have an individual subscription are filmed in your sessions, they can see the data and video on your phone for each ball that you filmed. This includes the speed, swing, spin and video for each ball. However, when you share the sessions, they will not be able to view the sessions on their own phones, tag their data / videos or filter by just their data unless they have a subscription. HOW TO USE THE APP AS A GROUP Create a team and film sessions under the team (see Question 3). Everyone in that team will automatically see the session(s) you film on their own phones in real time (if they have an Individual subscription). They'll also be able to "tag" themselves to personalise / filter by their videos & data (if they have an Individual subscription). Do you have a number of clients or are you part of a group of cricketers? Group rates are available upon request (20 users min., 6 months min.). Through you, your group of players can get their own Fulltrack subscription at 20-70% lower price than individual.

The data seems to be inaccurate. Why?Usually, it's because there is something wrong with your setup: 1) Is your tripod taller than 1.5m? 2) Are you placing the tripod roughly 4m behind the non-striker stumps? 3) Are you using 6 standard stumps (3 on each end)? 4) Are the bowlers avoiding blocking the camera in their follow through? 5) Have you waited 30 seconds after the deliveries have uploaded? 6) Are you tilting the phone slightly forward to capture less of the sky and more of the pitch? If the answer to any of the above is no, you'll want to fix that first. If not, Contact Us. The world's top teams across the IPL, BBL and International Cricket, trust us with their video analytics. We guarantee that we will make Fulltrack work for you.

Does it work on Androids? You can't film sessions on Android. But, a friend / coach / analyst can film on their iPhone or iPad & share session(s) with you. Usually, as part of a team, 1 person films session(s), which are then shared with teammates using the "Teams" feature or "Share Link". An Android filming version will be released in 3-6 months.

Does it work with batter?Yes. Also with otter, beaver & chatter. But does that really matter?
-
Does it work with a sidearm or bowling machine?Sidearm - yes. Bowling machine - only if it's a robot bowler. Do those exist yet?
