How to use Fulltrack AI correctly?To get started with Fulltrack AI, make sure you: Watch the setup video at www.fulltrack.ai/how-to Have 6 stumps (3 on each end) Have a tripod, ideally set to 1.3 meters in height Setup Instructions: Position the tripod about 4 meters behind the non-striker stumps (roughly four big steps). Open the app. On the Home page, tap the Film button to create a new session. Select the session type, delivery, and pitch length. Mount the phone on the tripod and align the stumps within the red boxes on the screen. Press "Continue" when aligned. Start playing. The app will handle the rest.

I am not receiving an OTP even with a valid Number. What should I do?OTP generation usually takes 5-10 seconds. If you don’t receive it: WhatsApp message “OTP” to +16187269643. After sending the message, press go back to the app and request OTP again. You will receive it on WhatsApp

How to access Fulltrack DRS?Real-time, high accuracy DRS is a paid feature. It is exclusively available to grounds owners, leagues and organisers. There is a minimum 50 game commitment and per match pricing. Contact us for a demo.

The data seems to be inaccurate. Why?Inaccurate data is often due to setup issues. Check the following: Is your tripod no taller than 1.3 meters? Is the tripod placed about 4 meters behind the non-striker stumps? Are you using 6 standard stumps (3 on each end)? Are bowlers blocking the camera in their follow-through? Have you waited 45 seconds after the video uploads? Is the phone tilted slightly forward to capture more of the pitch and less of the sky? If everything is correct but issues persist, please Contact Us. World Cup champions, IPL teams use and 200,000 others use Fulltrack. We guarantee it can work for you.

Can I film multiple players?You are allowed to film multiple players on the Coach+ and Enterprise subscriptions. Individual subscribers and free tier users may only film 1 distinct batter and bowler. Your account may be restricted if you are filming multiple players on the free or individual tier.

Can I share the videos and data with my teammates / players?Yes, click the download button on specific videos to save to your camera roll, then share anywhere you’d like. Alternatively, share the whole session by clicking the “Share Session” button (they’ll be able to view it in the app).

How to Subscribe?Depends on the subscription type. For Individual subscription: Subscribe in the app. For Coach+, Enterprise or DRS: Contact Us. We’ll send you an invoice.

How to Cancel My SubscriptionDepends on the subscription type. For Individual: cancel through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For Coach+, Enterprise or DRS: request cancellation through website Contact Us form.

Does it work with a sidearm or bowling machine?Yes. For sidearms, select bowling / throwing on the Create Session screen. For bowling machine, select machine.

What to Do If the App Crashes or FreezesEnsure you have the latest app version. Restart the app and try again. Check your device’s storage and memory. Restart your device if needed. Try reinstalling the app.

What if I don’t want my data visible to anyone else?We understand the importance of data privacy, particularly for schools and professional orgs. Coach+ and Enterprise user data is never used for marketing. Our subscribers can also hide their sessions from the Global Feed to make them private.

Can I use Fulltrack on Multiple Devices?On the free tier, you can login to the same account on multiple devices. On any paid tier, your subscription license is linked to a single device. You may login to a new device once in 14 days. If you would like to use multiple devices, you can avail multiple subscriptions at discounted rates.

Can I use Fulltrack AI offline?Fulltrack AI requires an internet connection for real-time data sharing and processing. However, you can film sessions offline and sync the data once you are back online.

How do I download my whole session data?If you are a free tier or Individual subscriber, you can download individual videos from sessions to your camera roll. If you are a Coach+ or Enterprise subscriber Go to the "My Sessions" tab in the app. Open the session you wish to download. Click the export Data/Video option in the app
