Maiden AI, Inc., ("Company", "We", or “Us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit, access, download, install, register with, or use, as applicable, our website located at www.fulltrack.ai, and/or the associated mobile and/or desktop application Maiden AI (collectively, our "App") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies to information we collect:

On or through the App;
Through our website; or
In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and us, inside and outside of the App.

It does not apply to information collected by:

Us offline or on any other Company apps or websites, including websites you may access through the App, or through any other means, including on any website operated by any third party; or
Any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the App.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to download, install, register with, access, or use our App. By accessing or using this App, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of this App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Children Under the Age of 13

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. You must be at least 13 years old and represent and warrant to us that: you are either (a) at least 13 years old and you have been authorized to use the Services by your parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old, or (b) at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this App or on or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our App, including information:

By which you may be personally identified, such as name, phone number (for Account registration purposes), e-mail address, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline ("personal information");
That is about you but individually does not identify you; and/or
Your recreational preferences.
Your contact list, which we access and upload to our server to help you find and connect with contacts who are also using Fulltrack.
Images and camera access, which we use to enable you to update your profile picture, team profile picture, or record your cricket sessions.

We collect this information:

Directly from you when you provide it to us.
Automatically as you navigate through the App. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, location information, and information collected through cookies and web beacons.

User-Submitted Data: As you utilize our Services, we may gather data about you, such as your name, video and audio content, email address, postal address, mobile phone number, birth date, gender, contact lists from your phone and social media, performance metrics, location, and preferences. We might associate this information with other details related to you. You can supply us with this data through different means on our Services. For instance, you give us this information when you create an account, import your contacts, engage with the Services, record videos via the Services, or submit requests for customer support.

Information You Provide to Us.

The information we collect on or through our App may include:

Information that you provide by filling in forms on our App. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our App, subscribing to our service, posting material, or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with the App.
Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses) if you contact us.
Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
Details of transactions you carry out through our App and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our App. We do not collect this information from you. We use a third-party payment processing company (“Payment Processor”) to bill you and process your payments for orders made on our App. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor as further described in our Terms of Service.
Your search queries on the App.
In addition to the above, our third party providers may collect and gather personal information in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies, including Wix (About Privacy | WIX), and Google (https://support.google.com/firebase/answer/6318039?hl=en).

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of the App, or transmitted to other users of the App or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the App with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies.

As you download, access, and navigate through and interact with our App, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

Details of your visits to and usage of our App, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the App.
Information about your computer, mobile device, and internet connection, including your device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, mobile network information, telephone number, and browser type.
Metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.
Real-time information about the location of your mobile device.

The information we collect automatically may include personal information, or we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our App and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our App according to your individual interests.
Speed up your searches.
Recognize you when you use our App.

Cookies (or mobile or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer or on your mobile device. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your device. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our App.

Pages of our App and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related App statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain App content and verifying system and server integrity).

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

To present our App and its contents to you.
Product and Services development.
To display specific promotions based on your stated interests.
To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.
To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

To access your contact list and identify contacts who are also using Fulltrack, enabling you to connect with them, add them to a team, or share your videos with them.
To access your device's camera, allowing you to update your profile picture, team profile picture, or film your cricket sessions.

We may also use your information to contact you about goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, see the section, "Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information", below.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Company about our App users is among the assets transferred.
To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

We may also disclose your personal information:

To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
To enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of our Company, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Sharing your contact details (eg. email, phone number) with us through our App will be considered your consent to communicate information about our product, business and related topics with you. For example, you may receive marketing emails from us from time to time.

You may unsubscribe from our marketing content at any time by either requesting it on our website or following the established automated processes to do so, which will be conveyed to you in the communications.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. To learn how you can manage your Flash cookie settings, visit the Flash player settings page on Adobe's website. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt out by sending us an email stating your request to team@fulltrack.ai. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience, or other transactions.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us an email at team@fulltrack.ai to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Your California Privacy Rights

California's "shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to team@fulltrack.ai.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our App and this privacy policy to check for any changes.
